KSDB hosted another Roundtable on February 28th, the topic was mental health in the greater Manhattan community. Host Lucas Peterson was joined by Kodee Walls from K-State Counseling, Karen Smothers from Pawnee Mental Health Services, and Lt. Col. Gordon Lyons from Fort Riley. The topics covered are how this time of year affects our mental health and what we can do, differences in the services each mental health provider offers, and mental health issues in our community like the stigma around seeking help.
