Hometown, year, and major
From Constantinople, Senior standing exchange student, Business Administration
Why did you join KSDB?
I hosted a radio show back in my home country, for nearly 2 years. The concept of my previous show was about those songs that go well with long road trips, mostly Classic Rock and Indie. Since I came here, I’ve thought that would be a great opportunity to continue my show in another radio, with the same concept.
What have you learned so far from working at KSDB?
It has not been quite a while working at KSDB, but there exists various differences between an American radio station and an European one. Working at KSDB teaches me a lot about the major points on working in an American FM station.
What is your favorite part about working at KSDB?
It’s an amazing thing to see that numerous people from all over the majors are a part of KSDB. This cosmopolitan atmosphere means a lot to me.
What are some albums/artists you’ve been listening to lately?
Whoa, hard question. I do listen a lot, actually we, as radio show hosts listen a lot, just in order to serve the best music to people. I would say lately I’ve been listening to The Dance album by Fleetwood Mac and Your Love by The Outfield.
What is your favorite movie of all time?
I actually got 3 that I can’t prioritize: Forrest Gump, The Perks of Being a Wallflower and Crash.
